Found at CoPart, the Corporal is a salvaged 2005 Mustang Base V6 4.0L with 5sp manual trans
It smelled VERY much bad in that fuel tank, I think it sat for YEARS. Tank is completely rusted up. Maybe the pump will be... nope, never mind.
Or whats left of it. Luckily the think pile of rust debris protected the filter frame from total disintegration.
Shout out to Kevin-n-Mook, congrats!
New pump installed, rust scooped up... kinda... let's see if we get lucky! SPOLIER... we didn't.
Young kid all of maybe 17yo was selling these GT wheels with good rubber. Great price, super honest... Well done kiddo, welcome to the Big Show!
First thing second... gotta get this mess cleaned up before I can work on it.. ahhhh better.
Need a fender, only good one I could pull was red... hmmmmm time for a terrible idea...
Once that fender went on, it was official. Not as strong as General Mayhem, maybe just... Corporal Mayhem
The decal makes it official... its certified junk.
Its actually pronounced with air quotes
(at 210 HP, its barely deserving of the rank)
What's a tribute car, without the tributes?!
The OGs that got most of us off the couch with Roadkill and all the other shows. DF does some good exploration videos and of course revivals. Finn has Blasphemi and the Rotson... nuff said. Here's to ya gents.
Our tribute car CANNOT be complete without Roussel's Custom Fab, they are definitely out of this world, but also out of stickers and I'm impatient dammit! Quick email to Jamie and she volunteered a few from her private stash, shipped and applied... Thanks Jamie!
Kevin (n Mook) and Angus are awesome to watch and are gifted mechanics. They definitely meet Wimpy's success criteria of "Lot's of Dollars, no Sense", keep up the good work. Congrat's on tying the knot, hope the guests took a few RVs with them.
Who the hell is the teleporting penguin? He's a friend of Sarah's, little bastard. Sarah does the cleanest work I've ever seen, and rightfully so as a aircraft mechanic. She's the only other person I know that does all fab in metric.. cause its just BETTER! COME AT ME! Mad respect for this YouTuber all around.
Chris does great revivals and shows how to stretch the living shit outta parts! We thought we were cheap-skates, but Chris can rebuild a frickin' fleet of cars using nothing but some used pinball machine parts! Congrat's on Baby Autumn Chris-n-Jenn.
